Office Closure - COVID-19

CVEA Office Closure Announcement:

In order to mitigate the risks associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and ensure the health and safety of employees and members, CVEA has decided to close both business offices to the public, effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18, at 6 pm. The closure will remain in effect until further notice.

We have many options available for members who are interested in reviewing their account or making a payment.

*Access your account through SmartHub via cvea.org.*If you need assistance setting up SmartHub or have additional questions regarding your account, please call 907-835-4301 (Valdez) or 907-822-3211 (Glennallen) during normal business hours.*If you would like to pay by phone, call the office during business hours or use our secure third party phone payment system 24/7 by calling 833-890-7728.

If you are in need of office assistance and would like to set up an appointment, please contact your local office during normal business hours and you will be put in contact with someone who can help you.
